All new clients are required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to reserve and confirm their appointment. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled within a week of a new client’s prior appointments, the $25 non-refundable will carry over to the new appointment. Any exceptions are at the discretion of Stephanie Onyeke.
You will receive a reminder email and text message the day your appointment is placed and another at least 48 hours prior to your appointment day and time.
Due to a high volume of appointment requests, we recommend booking your refill appointment before you leave our salon. Depending on your lash growth cycle, you will need a fill within 2-3 weeks.
In order for your appointment to be considered a refill, you must have at least 20 lashes remaining per eye.
For new clients that need a refill on another lash stylist’s work, please note a $15 charge will be added to your service total. A little more TLC is required during these refills to make sure your lashes are to House of Luxe Lashes standards.
A 15 minute grace period is given to all clients and the Lash Stylist. Please note that your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience and lashes will be applied only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. If you need to re-schedule your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. After 20 minutes, we will ask that you reschedule your appointment for a later time/day. If you know you will be late due to traffic or inclement weather, please contact us to see if we will be able to service you.
All appointments require a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice. Same day cancellations will be charged a $25 booking fee. A missed appointment with no attempt to contact your lash artist will cause you to forfeit your deposit. Please do not excessively abandon and cancel your appointments. If having trouble coordinating, let us know! We’ll do our best to schedule you at a convenient time 🙂
